I’ve lived in Kobe for 14 years

I'm Ayako, and I’m passionate about sharing the beauty of Kobe. One of my favorite places is the Nunobiki Herb Garden, where I love taking in the panoramic views of the city. Walking around the waterfront and Harborland always refreshes my mind, and exploring the peaceful Rokko Botanical Garden never fails to inspire me. I also enjoy visiting the traditional Arima hot spring resort, accessible by a scenic cable car ride over Mt. Rokko. The beautiful Zuihouji Park, especially in autumn, is a hidden gem that shouldn't be missed. I know the Kitano area well, with its fascinating mix of religious buildings and cultural diversity. Kobe has a deep sense of pride, and you can see it in how we’ve rebuilt after the earthquake, with memorials scattered across the city as reminders of our resilience. Let me show you the Kobe I love, full of hidden beauty and peaceful escapes.
