We had a great walking tour with our guide Milo. He shared lots of information about Japanese history and culture and took us to a great "grandma" restaurant for delicious udon soup for lunch.

We are particularly interested in history, culture, religion and food. Milo took us, via bus, train, subway, and foot to several significant shrines, neighborhoods, and pedestrian areas. We discussed politics and current events along with history. It was a most enjoyable and rewarding day.

It was amazing, gave very good inside info. Really knew his history. Answered all of our questions. Took us to amazing shops typical from the area. Loved the tour highly recommended. Excellent photographer.

Our tour guide, Milo, was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable, friendly, and invested in sharing the culture and information. Very welcoming and showed us the not-so-touristy areas of Kyoto which was fabulous.
