I am a Tour Guide/Travel Curator/University Staff
Hi! My name is Ada, I specialized in Japanese culture & came in 2013 to finish my studies, but I fell in love with the country so much that I decided to prolong my stay indefinitely. I just want to share my passion & the beauty that I see, and give back to society what it was given to me when I first arrived. I always wanted to become a tour guide, so I studied tourism in Spain. I have been working in the tourism industry till covid times arrived, when I shift to Kyoto University where I have been assisting international students and in my spare time organizing activities and trips for them to immerse in the culture. Let's make great memories!
This was a great tour. Ada was an excellent host - communicative and knowledgeable. She showed us exactly what we wanted: beautiful spots away from the crowds in Kyoto. Highly recommend!

Ada planned a lovely excursion for us to the temples and gardens west of Kyoto, taking into account our interests in culture, nature and meditation. We were able to visit sites before they got busy or off the beaten path seeing beautiful sites while avoiding crowds altogether. She enlightened us with historical and cultural details that made everything quite fascinating. Wonderful!
