Michelle was fantastic. She is a great communicator and was very accommodating about a slight meeting time change for our family’s walking tour. She has a deep and impressive understanding of Munich, Bavarian and German history. It is obvious she loves leading tours and she is one of the best I’ve had—she is engaging and sincere and not corny or artificial in trying to make connections with the group members which I really appreciated.
