Very soon after booking, our assigned guide reached out via email and introduced herself. We were able to tailor the tour completely to our needs. She even met us at our hotel and walked to the central train station with us and helped us purchase our tickets for the subsequent days’ train journeys. Our time with her was fantastic and she was incredibly responsive and this was just a wonderful day in Munich with Michelle!
