My reviews

I did two tours with Ai and both were incredibly fun!

We really appreciated the effort Ai took to personalise our tour of Hakata, Fukuoka, even before we had left Australia. When we finally met face-to-face, it was clear that Ai's friendly persona wasn't just for show - she was absolutely engaging and welcoming. By the time our 2 hours were finished (and a little over), we had visited some fascinating cultural and historical sites, gained an idea of the geography of the city, and learned things you only learn from a local. She must have done this so many times; to be able to give each customer the feeling they are the most important she has ever had is a real gift

Our guide, Ai, knew Fukuoka so well and could give a fascinating background to its history, festivals and culture. She was engaging and enjoyable to be around, and allowed us at certain times to drink on the experience. She went out of her way and beyond the call of duty to help us by translating our question to a JR official into Japanese and allaying our concerns re ticketing. Her command of English is very good. We would be happy to recommend this introduction by Ai to Fukuoka to any first-time visitors.

Our host, Ai Kim, welcomed us to Fukuoka by letting us see and experience Fukuoka’s local culture. We even had an extended help from our host by informing us of the restaurants that we should try based from our preferences. The tour she made was customized and were highly appreciated by us because it was based from what we wanted to know and do in Fukuoka.
