Hi, I’m Kosuke! Kyoto is full of hidden treasures, and I love uncovering them—whether it’s a rare book in a secondhand shop, a vintage record in a tucked-away store, or a perfectly brewed cup of matcha in a quiet tea house. One of my favorite ways to experience the city is strolling along the Kamo River, listening to local bands as the water flows beside me. I know the best spots in Uji, Shijo, and Demachiyanagi, from historic temples to quirky arcades. Whether you're a music lover, a bookworm, or just looking for a peaceful Kyoto moment, I’d love to show you the city’s creative and cultural side!

My reviews

This was a highlight! And Goku was the best tour guide. We got to take a train, experience off the beaten path areas, had a local meal, and saw a different part of Kyoto. So much fun and Goku answered all our questions. Very patient with our big party.
